Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst in the Advertising industry based in Tucson, Arizona. The role primarily involves billing and generating invoices, utilizing information from our software to create the invoices and ensure they are sent out promptly. The applicant will not be required to review contracts but should be proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.

Responsibilities:

• Partake in a team responsible for billing and generating invoices

• Utilize information from software to create and send out invoices

• Maintain accurate billing records

• No contract review required

• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must

• Familiarity with accounting software systems like QuickBooks or Sage

• Manage accounts receivable and billing functions

• Oversee collection processes and initiate action when necessary

• Ensure efficient use of CRM for customer management

• Maintain knowledge of billing procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Billing Analyst role or similar position

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with CRM tools

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Proven experience with Billing Functions and Collection Processes

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Billing systems

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
