Celonis Community Manager (Online community builder/ SaaS Experience) in Madrid, Spain

The Team:

The Community team is part of the Global Value Engineering CoE which serves as the backbone of our Value Engineering organization, offering centralized functions that enable us to operate at scale effectively. These functions are designed to provide scalable solutions, targeted expert support for customer engagements, and to nurture fully ramped talents for our field teams.

The Role:

As a Community Manager, you will be in the core team developing our new digital community for our customers and partners. You will be involved strategically in designing the journeys, and developing the tools, programs and processes around it to make this a world-class digital community for users. Additionally, you will own the day-to-day operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly address community questions and issues.

This role involves acting as an internal and external evangelist for the Celonis Community and products, with a direct responsibility for facilitating and measuring community engagement.

The work you’ll do:

Community Management

  • Develop and document community operating models for the different features with the related departments

  • Moderate the community and work with internal stakeholders to swiftly address questions and posts

  • Ensure all members adhere to the community’s code of conduct

  • Drive a positive user experience by acting as a liaison between users and the business, advocating for users to the business and vice versa

  • Identify, engage, and nurture community champions, implementing a champions program with recognition and support

Community Enablement

  • Plan and facilitate training and documentation for internal and external users on navigating community features and processes.

  • Provide technical support to usersOffer support to customer group owners in unfolding Celonis communities, building networks with partner and customer teams to drive awareness, adoption, and nurture Celonis champions

Content Management

  • Develop a community content lifecycle, activate it through relevant stakeholders, and seed discussions to keep the community active and valuable

  • Create new and develop existing community content such as blogs, monthly digests, community guidelines, best practices, and community leader spotlights

  • Promote events, new feature launches, and newly-released content

Data Analysis, Insight, and Action

  • Track and report on metrics for each key program to drive high user engagement and effective use of community programs and tools

  • Collect inbound product feedback and contribute to long-term product roadmap evolution

  • Gather insights on developing community features to meet user needs and drive adoption

The qualifications you need:

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in managing online communities or background in a support-related field such as customer success or customer operations.

  • You have a BA or a BS degree. (MBA is a plus)

  • You are passionate about building online communities and have a strong understanding of how to develop a community strategy.

  • You have a customer-centric mindset with a high attention to detail.

  • You are an exceptional communicator and collaborator; and can build meaningful relationships across teams .

  • You are curious to learn, ask questions and are motivated to learn our product offerings and use cases.

  • Qualifications that will set you apart:

  • You have a technical background and can learn & use Celonis products.

  • You have experience with HTML and CSS.

  • You have basic design skills.
